When booking appointments
Our commitment
By accepting your deposit, we agree to hold a spot open for you at the agreed time and date, with the specified stylist.
Your commitment
The deposit is your end of an agreement for us to keep a space open for you.
Changing your mind
If you need to change your appointment, and are able to give us at least 48 hours notice, we will apply your already paid deposit to a new appointment date or time slot.
If you cancel the appointment prior to 48 hours in advance, a refund will be issued directly back to the credit or debit card used for the original payment.
If you can not give us enough notice, the deposit will not be refunded.
Refunds
For appointment deposits
Please allow 48 hours for appointment deposit refunds to be processed.
Purchased products
If you prepay for products on this site, they will be ready for pickup in the shop at the time of your next scheduled appointment. Since we special order these products for you, they are considered non-refundable.
